Organize your current information and new preferences before accessing account settings. This ensures smooth updates without confusion.

  • Have your current password ready for security verification when making changes.
  • Prepare a strong new password (8+ characters with numbers and symbols) if you plan to update it.
  • Decide your preferred notification channels: WhatsApp alerts, daily digests, or email newsletters.
  • Check which contact method works best for you: WhatsApp, Phone Call, or In-App Chat.
  • Plan your account security: update password every 90 days and monitor active sessions.

Update your primary user data including profile photo, first/last name, WhatsApp number, and primary email. Keep this information accurate and current to receive leads and maintain account security.

Password Security & Updates

Update your password every 90 days for security. New password must be minimum 8 characters with at least one number and one special symbol. Cannot match last 3 passwords.

Password Update Process

Navigate to the "Change Password" section. Enter current password for identity verification, then enter new password twice to confirm. System logs out other active sessions automatically.

Safe Logout Procedure

Always log out when using shared office computers or public networks. Click profile avatar → Logout. System clears secure cookies, invalidates sessions, and redirects safely to homepage.

Changing Phone Number - Important Notice

When updating WhatsApp or phone number, the system temporarily pauses listings until you confirm the new number. This safety check prevents unauthorized hijacking and lead rerouting to external accounts.
