  4. We do not directly provide construction, real estate, professional, or contractor services. We act as a technology platform that facilitates connections between users and independent third-party vendors, professionals, suppliers, contractors, builders, and service providers.

Eligibility & Access

  1. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
  2. Users may browse certain parts of the Platform without registering.
  3. Account creation is required for full access and paid features.
  4. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

User Accounts

  1. You may register using: Email and password.
  2. Phone number.
  3. Google sign-in.
  4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  5. Tameer.ai Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Marketplace Disclaimer

  1. Vendors, builders, contractors, professionals, suppliers, and businesses (“Vendors”) listed on or contacted through the Platform are independent third parties.
  2. Tameer.ai does not independently guarantee the accuracy, completeness, pricing, availability, licensing, qualifications, workmanship, products, or quality of third-party listings or services.
  3. Users are responsible for independently evaluating Vendors, quotations, products, services, credentials, and other information before entering into a transaction or agreement.
  4. Any transaction, quotation, negotiation, payment, contract, or agreement between a user and a Vendor is directly between those parties unless Tameer.ai Private Limited expressly states otherwise.
  5. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tameer.ai Private Limited is not responsible for disputes, losses, delays, defective products, workmanship issues, payment disputes, or damages arising from interactions or transactions between users and Vendors.

Zero-Commission Platform

  1. Tameer.ai allows users and Vendors to discover and connect with each other directly without Tameer.ai Private Limited charging a commission on transactions between them, except where a specific paid service expressly states otherwise.
  2. Zero commission does not mean that every feature of the Platform is free. Tameer.ai Private Limited may charge subscription fees, listing fees, advertising fees, promotional fees, premium feature fees, or fees for other optional products and services.
  3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tameer.ai Private Limited is not a party to contracts, quotations, negotiations, payments, or transactions entered into directly between users and Vendors.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  1. AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
  2. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, engineering, architectural, construction, or other professional advice.
  3. Users must independently verify important information before relying on it or acting on AI outputs.

User Content

  1. By submitting queries, text, images, project information, listings, or other data (“User Content”), you:
  2. Retain ownership of your User Content.
  3. Grant Tameer.ai Private Limited a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, process, reproduce, and use User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
  4. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any User Content you provide.
  5. We do not train AI models using your data unless expressly disclosed and permitted under our Privacy Policy.

Lead Information & Authorized Service Providers

  1. When you submit information through Tameer.ai, our website, mobile application, contact forms, advertising campaigns, Meta Lead Ads, or Meta Instant Forms, you authorize Tameer.ai Private Limited to use that information to respond to your inquiry and provide relevant services.
  2. We may provide limited lead or customer information to authorized contractors and service providers working on behalf of Tameer.ai Private Limited for purposes such as lead management, customer communication, onboarding, sales support, profile setup, and customer service.
  3. Information shared with authorized contractors or service providers may include details such as your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, city, and information you voluntarily submit through our forms or advertising campaigns.
  4. Authorized contractors and service providers may use this information only to perform services on behalf of Tameer.ai Private Limited and are not permitted to sell the information or use it for their own independent advertising or marketing purposes.
  5. Our collection, processing, sharing, retention, and deletion of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments & Subscriptions

  1. Some features, subscriptions, promotional services, advertising services, or packages may require payment.
  2. Applicable prices, features, and payment terms are displayed or communicated at the time of purchase.
  3. Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
  4. Refund eligibility, where applicable, is determined according to the terms presented at the time of purchase and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Platform software, branding, design, content owned by us, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong to Tameer.ai Private Limited or its licensors. Uploading User Content or Vendor content does not transfer ownership of that content to Tameer.ai Private Limited. Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer intellectual property belonging to Tameer.ai Private Limited or its licensors without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tameer.ai Private Limited provides the Platform and Services “as is” and “as available”, without warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tameer.ai Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including business losses, lost profits, or data loss, arising from use of or inability to use the Services.
  3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tameer.ai Private Limited is not responsible for losses or damages arising from AI inaccuracies; disputes between Vendors and users; third-party products or services; pricing or listing inaccuracies; construction or workmanship disputes; decisions based on Platform content; or service interruptions.
  4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

  1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tameer.ai Private Limited from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses, including reasonable legal fees, to the extent arising from:

  3. Your violation of these Terms.
  4. Your violation of third-party rights.
  5. User Content you submit.
  6. Your transactions or interactions with Vendors or other third parties.

Termination

Tameer.ai Private Limited may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violations of these Terms, fraud or abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or legal or regulatory requirements.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Subject to applicable law, the courts of Lahore, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.
