IT Park, DHA Gujranwala - Pre-Engineered Steel Structure Building

This project comprises the design, fabrication, and erection of a state-of-the-art Pre-Engineered Steel Structure (PEB) building for the IT Park at DHA Gujranwala.

The structure is engineered for optimal strength, durability, and rapid construction. The primary framing consists of high-tensile red oxide steel portal frames, providing large column-free spans ideal for modern commercial and IT infrastructure. The project scope includes complete steel erection, secondary members (purlins & girts), masonry works, and allied civil works as visible in the ongoing phase.

Key highlights of the project are its seismic-resistant design, high-quality steel compliance, and efficient execution to meet the modern architectural and functional requirements of an IT Park facility. The project is currently in the advanced stage of construction.
