Located in Karachi University Housing Cooperative Society, Scheme 33, near Jamali Bridge, Karachi, this beautiful home consists of a Basement, Ground Floor, and First Floor, designed to offer both elegance and lasting strength.

The front elevation was carefully crafted using premium tiles, stylish profile lighting, and high-quality exterior paint, giving the home a modern and luxurious look. Every corner of this house reflects the attention to detail and dedication our team puts into every project.

One of the biggest challenges came during the basement excavation. As we dug nearly 9 feet below ground level, we encountered underground water. Instead of taking shortcuts, we followed the proper engineering process. We applied a complete anti-termite chemical treatment and installed a waterproofing membrane before continuing the structural work. These steps help protect the basement from moisture and ensure the structure remains safe and durable for years to come.
