Onboarding requires approved registration. Make sure you have all business details ready to complete the wizard in a single session.

  • Ensure your registration is already approved before starting onboarding.
  • Have your business categories and sub-categories selected in advance.
  • Prepare a clear shop overview or builder service description.
  • Know your coverage cities so you can select them accurately.
  • Have payment or package details ready if upgrading during onboarding.

Marketplace onboarding workflow

Use this workflow if you have a registered marketplace store and want to complete your public listing setup on Tameer.ai.

Access the marketplace dashboard

After registration approval, log in to your Tameer.ai account and navigate to your Marketplace Dashboard. You will see the onboarding wizard prompt at the top of the page.

Complete store profile and categories

Fill in your marketplace store profile including business type, categories, overview text, and area of coverage. This information directly impacts how your store appears in Tameer.ai search results.

Set availability and submit

Mark your store as active, set working hours if required, confirm contact channels, and submit the onboarding form. Your store will be immediately visible in the Tameer.ai marketplace directory.

Use this workflow if you have a registered builder profile and want to activate your public builder listing on Tameer.ai.

After your builder registration is approved, log in and go to the Builder Dashboard. The onboarding prompt will guide you through the 3-step setup to complete your public builder profile.

Set services, specializations, and coverage

Choose your service categories such as Residential, Commercial, or Industrial. Add your specialization like Grey Structure or Interior Design, define coverage cities, and add team size and years of experience.

Confirm contact and launch profile

Set your preferred contact method, verify your WhatsApp or phone number, and submit. Your builder profile will appear in the Tameer.ai builders directory immediately upon submission.
